About the event
Cultivate a deeper awareness in your yin practice, and learn to share it with others in our 50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Instructors will include Sarasvati Karahan and many amazing guest teachers! They will lead sections on the history of yoga, neurobiology of sleep, applied anatomy, social justice, Chinese Medicine and more.
SCHEDULE: Saturdays and Sundays 12:30-5:30pm
10/9/2026-11/14/2026 Friday Orientation 10/9 7-8:30pm
