Body + Soul is an annual Black Wellness Weekend hosted and facilitated in Portland OR, by Yin Yoga Space LLC. Our mission is to support the local Black community by creating fitness and wellness experiences that are accessible, and foster safety in trying new activities. We believe that gathering, connecting and healing in community is a part of our liberation.
