Yin Noir hosted at Leach Botanical Gardens

Yin Yoga Space and Through The Trees Collective are coming together to bring the local, Black Community a monthly opportunity to connect with oneself and one another. Participants can expect a safe and inclusive atmosphere as they embark on a journey of self-care and self-discovery, all while connecting with community. Yin Noir embraces the essence of Yin Yoga, a gentle and introspective style that focuses on long-held, deep stretches to encourage individuals to slow down, release tension, and restore balance. Through the practice of ritual, mindfulness, and intentional movement - participants are encouraged to ground their spirit, honor their ancestors, and cultivate a sense of belonging.
