Deep Reset: Yin+Massage

Join Anika on the first Saturday of each month for a deep reset through longer held yin shapes, and individualized massage. While you sip tea and get cozy, Anika will check in with everyone individually to customize the bodywork they will receive before guiding everyone into the practice. Explore more time in nourishing stillness with 10min postures, and at least 10mins of targeted relief per person for a systemic refresh. Limited to 6 participants for individualized care.
